[Customer story] Empowering Xinghuang's Camera Housing Production

Having started with just a handful of  Taikan 3-axis machining centers years ago, the company has since scaled up to over 50 units of Taikan's 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis solutions — co-writing a compelling story of win-win cooperation in China's smart manufacturing landscape.

During this interview, we focused on Xinghuang Optoelectronics' security camera housing production line. These housings are processed using Taikan T-700SE 4-axis machining center, achieving a daily output of approximately 300 units.

Beyond its core offerings, Xinghuang Optoelectronics is actively expanding into emerging sectors such as intelligent robot components and new energy vehicle parts, tapping into new opportunities in future-focused industries.

Taikan T-500U 5-axis drilling and tapping machining center offers single clamping for multi-face machining, excelling in the efficient production of complex precision parts, curved surfaces, and cavities. Deployed by Xinghuang Optoelectronics for machining intelligent robot joints, this equipment fully leverages its simultaneous machining capabilities and technical advantages.
