In the prosperous and dynamic Yangtze River Delta manufacturing cluster, Ningbo Xinghuang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinghuang Optoelectronics") — a manufacturing enterprise with 23 years of expertise in the supply chain of security equipment accessories and lighting fixtures—shines brightly.

With two decades of deep engagement in security and lighting component manufacturing, Xinghuang Optoelectronics has evolved into a high-tech enterprise boasting an 8,500 m² standardized production base. Having started with just a handful of Taikan 3-axis machining centers years ago, the company has since scaled up to over 50 units of Taikan's 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis solutions — co-writing a compelling story of win-win cooperation in China's smart manufacturing landscape.

Let's take a closer look at Xinghuang Optoelectronics' production facilities to explore its partnership with Taikan. Xinghuang Optoelectronics' key business segments include security accessories, lighting components, and aluminum/zinc die casting. As a leading domestic supplier in the lighting accessories supply chain, the company upholds extremely stringent standards for product precision and production efficiency—standards that Taikan's equipment not only meets but also exceeds, delivering significant cost savings and productivity gains.

During this interview, we focused on Xinghuang Optoelectronics' security camera housing production line. These housings are processed using Taikan T-700SE 4-axis machining center, achieving a daily output of approximately 300 units.

Beyond its core offerings, Xinghuang Optoelectronics is actively expanding into emerging sectors such as intelligent robot components and new energy vehicle parts, tapping into new opportunities in future-focused industries.
Taikan T-500U 5-axis drilling and tapping machining center offers single clamping for multi-face machining, excelling in the efficient production of complex precision parts, curved surfaces, and cavities. Deployed by Xinghuang Optoelectronics for machining intelligent robot joints, this equipment fully leverages its simultaneous machining capabilities and technical advantages.

The transition from "3-axis to 5-axis" and "a few units to over 50" is more than just a quantitative upgrade in equipment—it represents a deepening of partnership, as well as advancements in manufacturing philosophy and industrial technology. For over 20 years since its establishment, Taikan has remained committed to providing customers with precision-driven and efficiency-enhancing machining solutions, supporting their continuous technological advancement.

Taikan will remain true to its founding mission, focusing on R&D and manufacturing excellence while delivering exceptional customer service. We will continue to contribute to the transformation and development of the global CNC manufacturing industry, driving progress through technological innovation and empowering enterprises to navigate new challenges and seize opportunities in an evolving market.
